Hindustan Hardy Board recommends 35% dividend

Hindustan Hardy Spicer Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommendation for declaration of dividend @ 35%.

The stock closed the day at Rs.83.90, up by Rs.3.90 or 4.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.83.95 and low of Rs.81. The total traded quantity was 630 compared to 2 week average of 510.
