EMA India Board recommends 10% dividend

The Board of Directors of EMA India Ltd at its meeting held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Dividend @ 10% for financial year 2006-07.

The stock was trading at Rs.155, up by Rs. 4.20 or 2.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.180 and low of Rs.155. The total traded quantity was 7325 compared to 2 week average of 5649.
