Mold Tek Technologies to review acquisition and merger proposal

Mold Tek Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 07, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To review the status of the proposed merger of M/s. Teckmen Tools Pvt Ltd., with the Company, and the Scheme of necessary for this purpose with the consultants appointed for this task.

2. To review the status of the proposed demerger of the Company, and the Scheme necessary for this purpose with the said consultants.

3. To approve & thereafter take on record that agreement signed with M/s. Crossroads Detailing Inc., Indiana, USA, a KPO Engg & detailing Company, (with or without modifications), with respect to the Company's proposed Acquisition of the same, and to review necessary applications for clearances & permissions with the concerned authorities for this purpose.

4. To discuss the employment agreements for the KPO business for placement at Crossroads Detailing Inc., USA.
