MindTree Consulting Board recommends 10% final dividend

MindTree Consulting Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Re 1/- per share (10% on an equity share of par value of Rs 10/-) for fiscal 2007. The payment is subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Including the interim dividend of Re 1/- per share (10% on an equity share of par value of Rs 10/-, 50% on an equity share of par value Rs 2/- at the time of declaration) declared at the Board meeting held on October 24, 2006, the total dividend recommendation for the year is Rs 2.00 per share (20% on an equity share of par value or Rs 10/-).
