Nucleus Software Exports Limited announces 1:1 bonus

The Board of Directors of Nucleus Software Exports Limited at their meeting held on April 30, 2007 has recommended issue of Bonus Shares in 1:1 ratio i:e one equity share for each equity share held for the consideration and approval of the members in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The stock was trading at Rs.999.40, up by Rs.27.70 or 2.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1058 and low of Rs.996.10. The total traded quantity was 40010 at an average price of Rs.1012.79 resulting in a turnover of Rs.405.22 Lakhs.
