Century Textiles production of clinker and cement normal at Baikunth plant

With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 14, 2006 regarding the stoppage of kilns producing clinker at Century Cement Plant at Baikunth (Dist. Raipur) in the State of Chhattisgarh due to fire & the announcement dated August 28, 2006 regarding the start up of one out of the two kilns producing clinker with effect from August 26, 2006, Century Textiles & Industries Ltd has announced that, with effect from September 03, 2006, the second kiln has also started producing clinker and thus, normalcy has been fully restored. The production of clinker and cement is now normal at the said plant.
