K Sera Sera Board Meeting to seek AGM approval for increasing borrowing limits

K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 02, 2006, inter alia, has proposed an increase in the borrowing limits of the company from Rs 200 Crores to Rs 500 Crores subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
