B2B Software AGM approves reduction in share capital

B2B Software Technologies Ltd has announced that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 02, 2006, inter alia, have approved the reduction in the paid up share capital of the Company from Rs l0,98,54,000/- divided into 1,09,85,400 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 3,29,56,200/- divided into l,09,85,400 equity Shares of Rs 3/- each and consequential amendments to the Memorandum of Association, subject to the approval and confirmation of the other Statutory Authorities.
