ICICI Bank Board Meeting to decide on submitting proposal to acquire United Western Bank

ICICI Bank Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on September 04, 2006 to consider whether an expression of interest should be submitted to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for amalgamation of United Western Bank (UWB) with the Bank, pursuant to the order of moratorium announced in respect of UWB.
