Hotel Leelaventure to enter into management contracts, to setup golf course in Goa

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 02, 2006, has:

1. Approved, in principle, entering into Management Contracts for managing hotels at Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Jaipur.

2. Setting up a Subsidiary Company and also approved investment in Overseas Corporate Bodies to further the Company’s business.

3. Approved developing an International Golf Course, Golf Academy, Driving Range and Club Houses at Goa and to acquire necessary land (about 250 acres) from the Government of Goa for the said purpose by itself or forming a subsidiary or by way of a joint venture.
