Northgate Technologies to raise US$ 41 million

Northgate Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 02, 2006, inter alia, has approved to raise funds including issue through Qualified Institutional Placement, GDRs / FCCBs for an amount of US$ 41 Million.
