Prajay Engineers Board recommends 20% dividend

Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 02, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 20% i.e., Rs 2/- per share, for the year 2005-06.
