Peerless Abasan equity shareholders approve Amalgamation of Shrishti Infrastructure

Peerless Abasan Finance Ltd has announced that, pursuant to the order of Hon’ble High Court of Kolkata, dated July 21, 2006, an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company was held on August 29, 2006 for the approval of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd with the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd with the Company has been approved by the Equity Shareholders with requisite majority.
