Reliance Capital Ventures to list on February 21

RCVL to list on February 21 on the exchanges. The Reliance-Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG) led Reliance Capital Ventures Ltd (RCVL) is to be merged with Reliance Capital (RCL) in the ratio of five shares of RCL for every 100 shares.
