HPCL Staff Association issues strike notice from September 5

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has announced that Hindustan Petroleum Management Staff Association (HP-MSA) a constituent of Oil Sector Officers Association (OSOA) has given an Indefinite Stike Notice with effect from September 05, 2006 in connection with their demands.
