Hon´ble High Court, Bombay approves Scheme of Amalgamation of Tarmac India with ACC

Associated Cement Companies Ltd (ACC) has announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation of Tarmac (India) Ltd with the Company is approved by the Bombay High Court. All requisite formalities have been completed. The Scheme of Amalgamation is effective from August 28, 2006. The Appointed Date under the said Scheme is January 01, 2006.
