Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that Credit Analysis & Research Ltd (CARE) has assigned a "CARE AA+"(Double A Plus) rating to the proposed issue of Non Convertible Debentures of Rs 200 Crore having maturity upto 10 years.
