Cosmo Films Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 and also to consider & recommend dividend for financial year 2006-07.
