Marg Constructions allots shares on conversion of warrants, FCCBs

Marg Constructions Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Committee of Directors (CoD) for Allotment held on April 07, 2007, has,

1. Allotted 7,79,100 equity, shares upon conversion of 7,79,100 warrants to promoters and promoters group.

2. Allotted 7,68,276 equity shares upon conversion of 435 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs).
