Consolidated Finvest Board recommends 5% dividend

Consolidated Finvest & Holdings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2006, has recommended a dividend of 5% (Re 0.50 per share) on the paid up equity share capital of the Company.
