Twentyfirst Century Management Services Updates on Modification in terms of redemption of 12% CRPS

Twentyfirst Century Management Services Ltd has now announced with reference to the modification in terms of redemption of 12% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares, that these 12% Non-Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of the value of Rs. 7.50 Crs. (aggregate) were invested by the Promoter Directors and their relatives on private placement basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.8.37, up by Rs.0.34 or 4.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.37 and low of Rs.8.37.
