Himatsingka Seide AGM approves dividend of Rs.1.25 per share

Himatsingka Seide Ltd has announced that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 28, 2006 inter alia, have accorded the following: Declaration of dividend at the rate of Rs 1.25 per equity share on the paid up value of Equity Shares in the Company together with the interim dividend at the rate of Rs 1.25 per equity share paid by the Directors on February 15, 2006 which amounts to a total dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity shares in respect of the year ended March 31, 2006.
