Gujarat State Petronet allots 8044 shares

The Board of Directors of Gujarat State Petronet Ltd at its meeting held on January 19, 2012, inter alia, has approved allotment of 8,044 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005 (ESOP - 2005) consequent to which the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs 5,626,810,830 to Rs 562,68,91,270.
