GV Films Board Meeting decides to invest in Sanra Software

GV Films Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 30, 2006 has decided as in-principle to make investment in M/s. Sanra Software Ltd., Chennai. And it has formed a committee of directors to go into the details regarding the quantum of investment, business strategy etc.

Further the Company has informed that, the Committee is meeting on September 04, 2006 in this regard.
