Oracle Financial Services Software allots 6775 Shares on exercise of stock option

The ESOP Allotment Committee of Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd at its meeting held on January 12, 2012, allotted 6,775 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each to the eligible employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2002. These shares are pari pasu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects. In this allotment, no shares are allotted to Directors.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company increased to Rs.419,742,385/-divided into 83,948,477 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each.
