Magma Leasing allots preference shares of Rs.100

Magma Leasing Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2007, has allotted 65,00,999 Nos of Cumulative Non-convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 100/- each to Nederlandse Financierings Maatschappij Voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V. ("FMO"), for cash at par. There is no proposal at present to list the Preference Shares.
