Neha International to raise $50 million

The Board of Directors of Neha International Ltd at its meeting held on December 06, 2011, has approved the resolution for fund raising by issue of securities upto US $ 50 million.

The Board also approved the resolution for increase of borrowing powers upto Rs. 500 Crores.

The stock was trading at Rs.45.40, down by Rs.2.35 or 4.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.45.40 and low of Rs.45.40.

The total traded quantity was 3151 compared to 2 week average of 40215.
