Southern Ispat and Energy Ltd to forfeit 10000000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Southern Ispat and Energy Ltd at its meeting held on November 26, 2011, decided to forfeit 10000000 Share Warrants issued to Non Promoters on Preferential basis due to non receipt of balance amount from the allottees.

The stock was trading at Rs.3.39, up by Rs.0.15 or 4.63%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3.40 and low of Rs.3.26.

The total traded quantity was 0.14 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.41 lakhs.
