Tyche Peripheral allots shares at a price of Rs.1 on conversion of warrants

Tyche Peripheral Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2007, has allotted 10,44,500 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 16/- each including premium of Rs 6/- per share on conversion of Equity Warrants allotted on preferential basis to 46 persons in accordance with the resolutions passed by the shareholders in their meeting held on February 20, 2006.
