Bengal Tea & Fabrics Allots equity shares to shares holders

Bengal Tea & Fabrics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company on March 19, 2007, has approved the allotment of 30,01,995 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 10/- (Issue Price of Rs 20/-) per Equity Share on Rights Basis to the eligible Equity Shareholders of the Company in the Ratio of One Equity Share for every Two Equity Shares held on Record Date i.e. January 05, 2007 aggregating to Rs 600.40 Lacs ("Issue").
