Shilpa Medicare Ltd has announced that in pursuance of the Special Resolution passed by the members of the Company at their meeting held on January 22, 2007 under SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 2000 and the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, the Board of Directors has allotted share warrants on March 12, 2007 to the following allottees:
