K Sera Sera Productions Ltd IPO opens today

K Sera Sera Productions Ltd is coming out with a follow-on Public Issue of equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price band of Rs.64 to Rs.70 per share. The issue consists of fresh issue of 5,000,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- comprising reservation of 250,000 Equity shares for employees on a competitive basis; Net Issue to public 4,750,000 Equity shares. The Net Issue to Public would constitute 24.34% of the fully diluted post-issue paid-up equity capital of K Sera Sera Productions Limited.
