Granules India EGM approves issue of shares to Ridgeback Capital

Granules India Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 21, 2007, have unanimously approved the issue of 22,11,200 equity shares of the Company of the face value of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up on preferential basis to Ridgeback Capital Investment LLC or their affiliates at a price of Rs 105.50/- per share (including premium).
