Maharashtra Seamless Board recommends 70% dividend

Maharashtra Seamless Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 30, 2006, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 70% i.e. Rs 3.50 per equity share of Rs 5/- each for the Accounting Year ended March 31, 2006.

Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Saket Jindal was appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years.
