Bombay Rayon declares 10% dividend

Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has announced that the members at the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 29, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of the audited statement of accounts for the year ended March 31, 2006 and Balance Sheet as at that date alongwith the Report of Directors and Auditors thereon.

2. Declaration of Dividend @ 10% (Re 1/ per equity share of face value of Rs 10/- each)

3. Re-appointment of Mr A R Mundra and Mr Uday Mogre as Directors of the Company.

4. Appointment of M/s V K Beswal & Co., Chartered Accountants as the statutory auditors of the Company.
