ABN AMRO Tax Advantage Plan (ELSS) declares 10% dividend

The Trustees of ABN AMRO Asset Management (India) Limited have approved March 23, 2007 as the record date for declaration of dividend under the Dividend Payout Option of ELSS Scheme ABN AMRO TAX ADVANTAGE PLAN (AATAP).

Accordingly dividend will be paid to all the Unitholders whose names appear on the Register of Unitholders of the Scheme, at the close of business on March 23, 2007 at the recommended gross rate of 10% per unit (of face value of Rs. 10/- each), subject to availability of distributable surplus.

As on March 21, 2007, the NAV of ABN AMRO Tax Advantage Plan Dividend Option was Rs.12.035. It should be noted that consequent to payment of dividend, the NAV of the scheme would fall to the extent of dividend payout and statutory levy (if any).
