Oriental Carbon to consider issue of warrants to promoter group

Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 29, 2007, to consider issue of convertible warrants on preferential basis to the persons falling in the catagory of promoter group to part-finance the cost of expansion of its insoluble sulphur plant and / or for setting-up a new project to manufacture Insoluble Sulphur.
