India Cements allots Equity Shares against Equity Warrants

India Cements Ltd has announced that ASPDIN Ltd, the warrant holder on August 30, 2006 has exercised the option to acquire 28,07,304 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up on conversion of 28,07,304 Equity Warrants in terms of SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guidelines 2000.

A meeting of the committee of Board of Directors of the Company will be convened shortly to consider allotment of 28,07,304 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up in favour of ASPDIN Ltd.
