Aurionpro Solutions to allot 10,35,000 shares and 8,85,000 warrants

Aurionpro Solutions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 21, 2007, inter alia, to take on record the allotment of 10,35,000 Equity Shares and 8,85,000 Warrants convertible into Equity Shares fully paid up (face value of Rs 10/- each) of the Company by way of private placement on preferential allotment basis.
