Satra Properties enters into Conveyance Deed for purchase of Land Property

Satra Properties India Ltd has announced that the company has signed a conveyance deed for the purchase of property known as Kalina Motor Works Compound at Kurla Kalina Road, Santacruz (East), at Village Kole Kalyan, Mumbai, having a plot area of approximate 8108.88 sq metres for a total consideration of Rs 27.1 million.

The said plot of land shall be developed by the Company for commercial premises and the proposed name of the said project shall be "Satra Info Park".
