RTS Power Corporation to allot 380000 shares to Promoters Group

The Board of Directors of RTS Power Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on October 15, 2011, has approved allotment of 3,80,000 Nos. Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for cash, at a Premium of Rs. 26/- per Share to a Company of the Promoters Group, on their payment of the Share money, including Premium amount in full.

The RTS Power Corporation Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.30.50, down by Rs.0.45 or 1.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.32.90 and low of Rs.29.55.
