Bemco Hydraulics EGM approves issue of shares at Rs.15.25

Bemco Hydraulics Ltd has announced that the members / shareholders of the Company at its Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on March 19, 2007, have cleared the Issue of 8,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10/- each for cash at the price of Rs 15.25 (inclusive of premium of Rs 5.25 per share), which is higher than the price that was calculated in accordance with the relevant provisions of SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 for Preferential allotment of Shares, in context with the Relevant Date is February 17, 2007.
