High Court passes order on appointing official liquidator for JK Pharmachem

JK Pharmachem Ltd has announced that the Hon´ble Court has passed an order on April 24, 2006, inter alia, appointing the Official Liquidator as the Provisional Liquidator of the Company pending disposal of the Company Petition.

Further the Company has informed that the said petition was filed before the Hon´ble High Court at Madras by Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals Ltd praying inter alia winding up of the Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
