Mazda to consolidate equity shares to face value of Rs.10

Mazda Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 30, 2006, inter alia, has decided to consolidate its five equity shares of the face value of Rs 2/- each into one equity share of Rs 10/- each, subject to approval of the members of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, at the same meeting the Board of Directors has decided to change the date of Annual General Meeting from September 27, 2006 to September 30, 2006.
