Allianz Capital EGM approves allotment of 2825000 shares

Allianz Capital & Management Services Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 16, 2007 have accorded to create, offer, issue and allot up to 2825000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- only at a premium of Rs 27.76/- only per share, on a preferential basis to Mr. Navjeet Singh Sobti (one of the Promoters) on such terms and conditions as may be decided and deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors of the Company ("Board", which shall be deemed to include any duly authorized committee thereof), at the time of issue or allotment, subject to the overall guidelines governing such issue, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
