Sagar Cements allots shares to The India Fun, Inc at Rs.190

Sagar Cements Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2007, has allotted 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to The India Fund, Inc., New York, on a Preferential Basis at a price of Rs 190/- per share, including a premium of Rs 180/- per share), in accordance with the approval by the shareholders at their meeting held on March 09, 2007.
