RTS Power to issue preferential shares to promoters group

With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on August 26, 2006, in which the Company had mentioned Issue of Preferential Allotment of 20,00,000 Warrants to the Companies of the Promoters Group, RTS Power Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board has proposed Preferential Allotment to the Companies of the Promoters Group as well as Independent Investors.
