Royale Manor issues shares to promoters on preferential basis

Royale Manor Hotels & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2006, inter alia, has approved the issue of 8,00,000 Warrants of Rs 30.50 each in preferential basis to Promoters and Associates in accordance with the SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 and other applicable guidelines.
