Isibars receives High Court approval for capital reduction

Isibars Ltd has announced that the Company has received on August 23, 2006 Certified true copy of the Order of the High Court u/s 102, Company Petition No 430 of 2006 dated August 18, 2006 passed in the High Court of Judicature at Bombay confirming the minutes of reduction of share capital of the Company.
