Bartronics India Board to consider fund raising proposal

Bartronics India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 22, 2007, inter alia, to consider, the proposal for Issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) / Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) / American Depository Receipts (ADRs) by the Company.
